On the occasion of the beach club evening in August, the IVD Berlin-Brandenburg collected €2800 in donations for IVD Sozial from around 150 guests. The IVD-Verein für soziales Engagement e.V. was founded in 2011 and raises funds in the sector for projects throughout Germany.

The donations from the club evening were immediately donated in equal parts to the Rappelkiste kindergarten in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler and the Boeselager secondary school in Ahrweiler. Both facilities are located in the middle of the district in Rhineland-Palatinate that was hit particularly hard by the floods.

In the raffle that followed, Mario Dreyer, Managing Director of PLUTUUS GmbH, won a virtual tour from our cooperation partner Konstantin Gastmann (immobilienfotograf-berlin.com).

This prize has now been realized and redeemed in a beautiful maisonette apartment in Weißensee .

“Social commitment is important to us. That is why I was happy to support the IVD Sozial in its valuable work. Mr. Gastmann’s virtual tour is of course a great asset that will definitely help us sell our property. First and foremost, however, we are delighted that the donations reached the institutions directly affected by the flood so quickly”

“We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank all of IVD Berlin-Brandenburg’s partners in this campaign, such as Mr. Gastmann and of course our guests at the summer party. It is very important to me that the funds can be distributed via umbrella organizations without any major detours. That’s why I also establish personal contact with our donation recipients in advance “
